Certified vs. sworn — which one does the school need?
Requirements differ from school to school and country to country: some accept a certified translation with a translator's stamp and statement of accuracy, others insist on a sworn translation performed by a translator registered with a national court or ministry (in Poland, a tłumacz przysięgły). We ask which country and, where possible, which specific school or district you're dealing with, and translate accordingly. If you're not sure, ask the school directly — we're happy to help you word the question, but the final requirement is always set by the receiving institution, not by us.

Once you confirm, a qualified translator prepares the translation, it's checked for accuracy and formatting, then certified or sworn and signed. You receive a digital PDF for immediate use and, if needed, we post or courier the signed paper original to your address.
Turnaround and pricing
Simple documents like a single-page certificate or vaccination record are usually ready within 1–2 business days; a full multi-year transcript can take a little longer. Pricing depends on the number of words or pages, the language pair, and whether the translation must be sworn rather than simply certified — we always send a fixed quote before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Getting the paper original to the school
Digital PDFs are usually enough for a first submission or for scanning into a school's online system, but many schools eventually want the signed paper copy for their files. We can send it by registered post or courier to your address in Poland or abroad; delivery time depends on the destination and carrier, and we'll tell you the estimated dates when you order.

Will this translation be accepted by the school I have in mind?
In most cases, yes — but final acceptance is always decided by the receiving school, not by us. If you can tell us the country and, ideally, the exact requirement the school gave you, we'll match the translation to it (certified or sworn) and flag anything we're unsure about before we start.

Can the school work from a scanned PDF, or do they need the paper original?

Do you handle recognition or equivalency of grades from another country?
No — that's a separate process handled by the relevant education authority (for example, a school district or ministry office), not by a translation bureau. We translate the documents accurately; the receiving authority decides how the grades or diploma are recognized.
What if the school asks for something extra after I've already ordered?
Just message us with the new request. If it's an additional document or a switch from certified to sworn translation, we'll quote the extra work separately — no need to restart the whole order.
