Cookie Policy

1. Who is responsible

This Cookie Policy is issued by HANNA VELYKA PRAVIS (trade name PRAVIS), NIP 1132935521, REGON 545376200, ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4, lok. 25, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland, office.pravis@gmail.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They help the site work, remember choices, measure traffic or support security and payments.

3. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

— make the website function (security, load balancing, language / session continuity);

— remember interface preferences where applicable;

— understand, in aggregated form, how pages are used so we can fix errors and improve content;

— support online payments when Stripe or related payment flows set cookies required for the transaction.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal data or to run third-party advertising networks on this site.

4. Types of cookies

Strictly necessary cookies — required for core functions (e.g. security, consent storage, basic session). These do not require consent under Polish / EU e-privacy rules for essential operation, but we still inform you about them.

Preference cookies — remember settings such as language or banner choices.

Analytics cookies — help us measure visits and performance. Where required by law, we use them only after you consent.

Payment / fraud-prevention cookies — may be set by Stripe or payment infrastructure when you start or complete a payment, to authenticate the session and reduce fraud.

5. Third-party cookies

Depending on features you use, cookies may be set by or on behalf of:

— hosting / CDN / security providers for the website;

— Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Stripe) in connection with payments;

— analytics tools, if enabled and consented.

Those providers process data under their own policies in addition to ours.

6. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period (from days up to 24 months, depending on purpose) or until you delete them. Exact lifetimes may vary by provider; we keep retention as short as practical for the purpose.

7. Legal basis

Necessary cookies: legitimate interest in operating a secure website and/or necessity to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

Non-essential cookies (analytics, non-essential preferences): consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

8. How to manage cookies

On your first visit we show a cookie banner. You can Accept all, Reject optional cookies, or Customize analytics. Necessary cookies stay on so the site and your choice can work. You can reopen Cookie settings from the website footer at any time, or delete / block cookies in your browser.

Blocking all cookies may affect language switching, forms or payment flows.

9. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when tools or law change. The “Last updated” date will be revised and the current version published on this page.
